About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead and scale our SEO operations. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strategy, execution, leadership, and innovation to drive measurable business outcomes. You will be responsible for managing SEO performance across multiple accounts, building scalable processes, and adapting to the latest trends in AI-driven and local search.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute advanced Local SEO strategies for multi-location and service-based businesses
• Optimize for Google Business Profile (GBP), local rankings, and Map Pack visibility
• Align SEO initiatives with lead generation and revenue goals
• Ensure high-quality execution of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO ?????????? & ???? ???????????
• Lead and mentor SEO team members across different levels
• Define KPIs, track performance, and ensure accountability
• Conduct regular training sessions and upskilling programs
• Foster a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement ?????? & ??????????? ??????????
• Act as a key point of contact for SEO strategy and performance discussions
• Present reports, insights, and growth strategies to stakeholders
• Handle escalations and ensure high client satisfaction and retention ??????????? ?????????? & ????? ??????????
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and local visibility




• Identify and resolve issues such as ranking drops, traffic decline, or GBP-related problems
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement recovery strategies ???????, ??? & ??????????
• Build and implement scalable SEO processes and SOPs
• Identify gaps and improve workflows for better efficiency
• Drive automation for reporting, audits, and repetitive SEO tasks ?????-?????????? ?????????????
• Work closely with content, development, design, and paid teams
• Ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all departments
• Align SEO with overall marketing and business objectives ?????? ????? ??? (???? ?? ?????? ??? ?? ????)
• Understanding of AI-driven search (Google AI Overviews / SGE)
• Knowledge of entity-based SEO and semantic search
• Experience with hyperlocal targeting and multi-location SEO
• Focus on review optimization, E-E-A-T, and trust signals
• Awareness of multi-platform search (Google + social + AI tools)
• Solid grasp of user intent, personalization, and engagement signals ????????????
• 9–10+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Proven experience in SEO and multi-location campaigns
• Strong experience in team handling and client communication
• Experience in building processes and scaling SEO operations
• Certifications in GA4 or SEO tools (preferred)
