Role Overview: This position involves managing clients, generating new business opportunities, managing team of professionals, handson experience in handling compliance and advisory services related to Accounting, TDS, GST, Income Tax, and ROC matters. Scope of Work: Managerial Functions in Advisory & Compliance and M&A; vertical
• Managing existing clients of the firm
- Accounting review, Advisory & compliance functions in tax, GST, regulatory and secretarial assignments.
• Tax and regulatory representations, making submissions, filing responses and dealing with authorities
• Generating new business opportunities from existing clients and identify current clients and make proposals and pitches.
• Review of team’s deliverable, delegation and consistent reporting management
• Take full responsibility of deliverable to clients and ensure timely and quality delivery of service
• Arrange and attend calls with clients on ongoing assignments and future assignments which are being pitched
• M&A; and fund raise functions
- preparation of Information memorandums, financial models and Valuations of companies in different sector
• Identify suitable target companies and investors for ongoing assignments and for new sign-ups
• Conducting Due Diligent Reviews and managing the client and information flow
• Keeping a complete track of the ongoing assignment and work closely with managing partner of the firm Experience requirement
- Qualified Chartered Accountant, with 5-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in similar profile Skill set required:
• Ability to independently deal and manage client relationships
• Prior experience of handling, managing and training teams is a must
• Ability to manage multiple assignments independently
• Strong accounting knowledge and analysis skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experienced hand with MS-Office is a prerequisite
• Strong knowledge of TallyPrime and Computax (or other accounting / tax software)
• Staying updated with latest changes in Company Law, Income Tax Law, GST Law
• Experience of M&A; transactions, fund raising will be an added advantage Note:
