1–5 Years Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in finance, accounting, ERP implementation, and client management. The candidate will be responsible for deploying financial and ERP solutions for residential societies, managing virtual client onboarding, configuring billing and accounting modules, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Deploy financial and ERP solutions to digitize residential society operations and accounting functions.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations, client meetings, and training sessions.
• Engage with Management Committee (MC) members to understand business requirements and expectations.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Sales, ERP, VMS, Migration, Billing, and Support teams.
• Manage end-to-end virtual ERP onboarding, configuration, billing setup, and post-implementation support.
• Configure SaaS-based billing modules, including:
• Maintenance charges and recurring billing.
• Penalties and interest calculations for overdue payments.
• Chart of Accounts (COA), ledger mapping, and accounting groups.
• Bank account integration and reconciliation.
• Payment gateway integration (UPI, NEFT, Credit/Debit Cards).
• Opening balance validation and member financial data migration.
• Income, expenses, advances, dues, and financial reporting.
• Monitor billing cycles, invoice generation, and payment tracking.
• Handle client escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Achieve monthly onboarding targets and performance metrics.




• Independently manage onboarding and support for premium societies and high-value clients.
• Lead and coordinate team members, allocate tasks, monitor progress, and provide mentoring.
• Gather client feedback and collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to improve ERP functionality.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Desired Candidate Profile
• 1–5 years of experience in ERP implementation, financial software deployment, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, BAF, or equivalent qualification.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliation, and billing processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems or financial management software.
• Experience in ERP configuration, implementation, and client onboarding.
• Knowledge of recurring billing, maintenance charges, penalties, and interest calculations.
• Understanding of COA, ledger mapping, bank reconciliation, and payment gateway integration.
• Experience in opening balance validation, financial data migration, and accounting accuracy.
• Proven team handling and leadership skills.
• Strong client management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English; regional language skills will be an advantage.
• Interest in business development for software application products and B2C solutions.
• Energetic, analytical, target-driven, and solution-oriented mindset. Working Days & Schedule
• Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days.
• Weekly off between Monday and Thursday.
• Comfortable with virtual client meetings and onboarding.
