Experience:
5+ Years (including 2+ years shipping LLM systems in production) ?‍? Team: Engineering – AI Vertical ? What You'll Be Working On:
• Building autonomous AI agents for finance workflows such as invoice-to-pay, reconciliation, GL close and exception handling.
• Designing multi-step agent workflows with tool calling, orchestration and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Building agent memory systems, context management and long-term retrieval strategies.
• Developing finance knowledge graphs using Neo4j or equivalent graph databases.
• Creating evaluation frameworks, golden datasets and automated regression testing for AI agents.
• Working with multiple LLM providers and optimizing model routing, cost, quality and latency.




• Scaling production-grade AI systems for high-volume enterprise workflows.
• Developing APIs using FastAPI and mentoring fellow engineers.
• ✅ What We're Looking For:
• 5+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years of production LLM systems.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python.
• Proven experience building and deploying multi-step AI agents in production.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK or custom agent orchestration.
• Practical experience designing agent memory and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience working with at least two LLM providers/model families.
• Strong understanding of APIs, FastAPI, PostgreSQL and vector databases.
• Knowledge of graph databases such as Neo4j, Neptune or ArangoDB.
