2+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Hybrid / Field Sales Working Days: 6 Days a Week Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Opportunity Are you an experienced B2B SaaS sales skilled with a proven ability to close high-value enterprise deals? Simplita AI Technologies is looking for an energetic, target-driven Business Development Executive who can identify business opportunities, engage with senior decision-makers, manage enterprise sales cycles and drive revenue growth. Candidates with experience handling ₹50 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore+ enterprise sales opportunities will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and convert new B2B business opportunities.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Identify and engage business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and presentations.
• Handle negotiations and end-to-end sales closures.
• Develop long-term enterprise client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain sales activities and updates in CRM.
• Travel for client meetings and business development activities. Mandatory
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of B2B SaaS / Software Product Sales experience.
• Enterprise sales and high-value deal-handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must have a personal laptop.
• Must have a two-wheeler / bike.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Comfortable working 6 days a week.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
