Experience:
4–15 years

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and automate repetitive L1/L2 Run-the-Bank activities
• Design, develop, and maintain production-ready automation solutions
• Integrate automation solutions with monitoring and alerting platforms
• Support incident, problem, resilience, and recovery use cases through automation
• Maintain automation runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with Service Engineers, SREs, and BTB teams Mandatory Technical Skills
• Solid scripting skills in Python and/or Shell (Bash)
• Hands-on experience with Ansible or equivalent automation frameworks
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix




• Experience integrating automation with monitoring tools
• Understanding of application and middleware operations Good to Have
• Banking or financial services domain experience
• Exposure to resilience, DR, or recovery automation
• Familiarity with CI/CD and API-driven automation
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Experience working in regulated environments and with audit/control requirements
