ABOUT THE ROLE
Godavari is looking for an experienced Accountant with a strong background in restaurant, hotel or hospitality accounting to manage financial operations, accounting processes and statutory compliance across our business verticals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle daily sales accounting and reconcile cash, card, UPI and POS transactions.
• Manage purchase entries, vendor payments, invoices and petty cash.
• Reconcile food delivery aggregator settlements.
• Monitor inventory, stock movements, food costing and wastage.
• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L; statements and financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliation,
ledger scrutiny and month-end closing.
• Coordinate with external auditors and Chartered Accountants. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Com / M.
Com or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, QSR or catering accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and hospitality accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and POS software.
• Positive knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
