Role Description The Hiring BFSI / NBFC Trainer role is a full-time, in office position based in Gwalior. The trainer will design and deliver structured training programs for Banking, Financial Services, and NBFC professionals, focusing on both domain knowledge and practical skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing training curricula and content, conducting classroom and workshop sessions, assessing participant performance, and providing feedback and coaching. The role also involves collaborating with corporate partners and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, updating training materials based on industry trends and regulatory changes, and ensuring training outcomes align with organizational standards.



The trainer will maintain training documentation, support batch scheduling, and contribute to continuous improvement of training methodologies. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of BFSI and NBFC operations, products, compliance, and regulatory frameworks, with the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible training content.
• Experience in corporate training, classroom facilitation, and developing structured training programs or modules for financial services or related domains.
• Skills in curriculum design, content development, and use of digital tools or learning management systems to deliver engaging and interactive training.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and provide constructive feedback.
• Ability to analyze skill gaps, conduct training needs assessments, and align training outcomes with hiring and performance objectives.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple batches, maintain documentation, and meet training deadlines.
• Comfort with basic data reporting and use of MS Office or equivalent tools to track trainee performance and generate training reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications in training, BFSI, or NBFC domains are an advantage.
• Previous experience in BFSI, NBFC operations, or corporate L&D; is preferred; familiarity with recruitment or talent development processes is beneficial.
