Senior SAP FICO Consultant (5+ Years Experience)

Pune Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with over 5 years of functional expertise to design, configure, and maintain SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) landscapes. The ideal candidate serves as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, delivering seamless end-to-end solutions across full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, and production support (AMS) within SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Business Blueprinting: Interact with stakeholders to conduct 'As-Is' process mapping and design optimized 'To-Be' financial workflows.
• SAP FI Configuration: Hands-on experience on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Current GL, Document Splitting, and Asset Accounting (AA).
• SAP CO Configuration: Hands-on experience on Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing (CO-PC),



and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• System Integration: Manage cross-module configuration and validation linking FI/CO seamlessly with SAP MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and PP (Production Planning).
• Testing & Deployment: Lead Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration, and cutover strategies.
• Period Closing Operations: Coordinate and support critical month-end and year-end closing processes for global entities.
• Support & Enhancement: Provide post-go-live Application Management Services (AMS). Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of core functional SAP FICO experience with at least 2 full lifecycle greenfield or brownfield implementations completed.
• S/4HANA Expertise: Exposure to SAP S/4HANA finance.
