About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Data & AI Solution Lead who enjoys building modern data solutions, solving business problems, and taking ownership of technical delivery. This role combines solution architecture, hands-on development, technical consulting, and talent evaluation. You will work closely with leadership to deliver client solutions, build reusable accelerators, and strengthen our Data & AI consulting capabilities. We value technical depth, initiative, and execution over traditional management experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Architecture & Hands-on Delivery
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, and Power BI.
• Build scalable data pipelines, semantic models, and AI-ready data platforms.
• Develop conversational analytics and data agent solutions that enable business users to interact with enterprise data.
• Own technical delivery, troubleshooting, optimization, and implementation quality.
• Translate business requirements into practical, secure, and scalable solutions. 2. Technical Talent Evaluation & Consulting Support
• Review incoming applications and identify technically strong Data & AI consultants.
• Conduct technical screening interviews and practical skill assessments.
• Match consultants with client requirements and prepare them for technical interviews.
• Maintain high standards of consultant quality and client readiness.
• Improve technical screening and evaluation processes. 3.



Solution Innovation & Practice Development
• Build reusable frameworks, solution accelerators, and technical demonstrations.
• Explore emerging Microsoft Fabric and AI capabilities.
• Develop repeatable solutions addressing real business challenges.
• Contribute to technical standards, knowledge sharing, and practice growth. Required Skills
• Strong hands-on Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, and Python experience.
• Expertise in data engineering, data modeling, and contemporary analytics architectures.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure data services and cloud integration.
• Understanding of AI-ready data, data agents, and conversational analytics.
• Strong problem-solving, solution design, and technical delivery capabilities.
• Ability to evaluate technical talent and communicate effectively with clients. Preferred Skills
• Azure AI, RAG, and enterprise AI integration.
• Microsoft Purview, governance, and security.
• CI/CD, automation, and reusable solution development.
• Experience mentoring engineers or conducting technical interviews. Ideal CandidateYou are a hands-on solution builder, not just an architect or manager.
