Role Description The Junior Physiotherapist role at Docthub is a full time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The role involves assessing patients under supervision, documenting medical and therapy histories, and assisting in developing individualized physiotherapy treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting guided therapy sessions, demonstrating and monitoring exercises, using approved physiotherapy techniques and equipment, and tracking patient progress. The Junior Physiotherapist will collaborate with senior physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals, maintain accurate clinical records,



educate patients on home exercise programs, and support overall clinic operations to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Qualifications
• Clinical physiotherapy skills, including patient assessment, treatment planning, and execution of evidence-based therapy techniques.
• Strong patient care abilities, including clear communication, empathy, and capacity to educate patients and caregivers on exercises and rehabilitation plans.
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, and basic rehabilitation principles.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation, follow clinical protocols, and support quality and safety standards in an on-site healthcare environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution; appropriate registration or eligibility for registration with relevant professional bodies.
• Basic computer literacy for maintaining electronic records and accessing digital healthcare resources.
• Willingness to learn, work under supervision, and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Prior internship or clinical rotation experience in physiotherapy settings is preferred but not mandatory.
