Role Description The Internship Trainee role at CPWD-SR is a full-time, on-site position based in Jodhpur. Interns will support project teams with documentation, data collection, and basic analysis related to public works and administrative activities. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting in preparing reports, maintaining records, coordinating with internal departments, and following established procedures and guidelines. Trainees may also observe field activities, contribute to process improvements under supervision,



and learn to use relevant tools and systems used in government administration. The role is designed to provide practical exposure to public sector operations, project workflows, and compliance requirements. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong basic computer skills, including use of office productivity software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
• Candidates should possess solid written and verbal communication skills for documentation, reporting, and coordination with teams.
• Candidates should possess valuable organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively, follow instructions, and adapt to structured procedures in a public sector environment.
• Enrollment in or completion of a relevant diploma or degree program (e.g., civil engineering, public administration, management, or related fields) is preferred.
• Interest in government infrastructure, public works, and administrative processes, along with a willingness to learn and take initiative, will be beneficial.
