Noida Work Mode: Hybrid + On-ground Duration: 1 Month Stipend: ₹3,000 per month About KHANDAANI KHANDAANI is an emerging fashion brand being built from the ground up. We’re involved in the entire process of building a clothing brand from fabric sourcing and design development to pattern making, sampling, manufacturing, campaigns and bringing collections to market. We believe fashion education should go beyond designing clothes. Understanding how a garment is constructed, how patterns are developed and how production actually works is equally important. We’re looking for someone who wants to experience this process firsthand and work closely with us on the development of our upcoming collection. Who Can Apply? We’re primarily looking for:
* Second-year and third-year students pursuing Fashion Design, Apparel Design or related courses.
* Students with a understanding of pattern making and garment construction.
* Individuals interested in stitching, sampling and clothing production.
* People who are comfortable with practical, on-ground work and factory visits. Fourth-year students and recent graduates with relevant technical knowledge are also welcome to apply. What You’ll Be Working On 1. Pattern Making & Garment Development
* Assisting with garment patterns and measurements.
* Understanding pattern corrections, alterations and fit adjustments.
* Working on patterns for different garment categories. 2. Sampling & Stitching
* Assisting with garment sampling and prototype development.
* Understanding stitching techniques, seams, finishing and garment construction.




* Following samples from initial development to final approval. 3. Fabric & Material Research
* Exploring different fabrics and their properties.
* Understanding fabric consumption and garment suitability.
* Assisting with material sourcing and development. 4. Factory Visits & Vendor Coordination
* Visiting manufacturing units and understanding production processes.
* Coordinating with pattern makers, tailors and third-party manufacturers.
* Understanding how different manufacturing processes are managed. 5. Production & Quality
* Understanding garment costing and production timelines.
* Learning about quality checks and finishing standards.
* Getting exposure to the overall manufacturing workflow. What You’ll Gain
* Hands-on experience in actual garment development.
* Practical exposure to pattern making, sampling and stitching.
* First-hand experience working with manufacturers and vendors.
* Understanding of fabric consumption, garment costing and production.
