Gurgaon HEIR is a fragrance house for a new generation of luxury consumers. Built around global craftsmanship and collectible design, we collaborate with internationally acclaimed perfumers and production partners across Europe and Asia. Backed by leading consumer founders and operators including Niraj Singh (Spinny), Kishore Biyani (Future Group), Arjun Vaidya (V3 Ventures), and Sangeet Agrawal (Mokobara), among others, we are building a global brand focused on quality and long term growth. We're looking for a sharp, resourceful generalist to work directly with the founder as we scale. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving problems, figuring things out, and getting things done. What you'll work on:
• Day-to-day operations, logistics and supply chain
• Solving business challenges and unblocking bottlenecks




• Coordinating with vendors, agencies and external partners
• Supporting retail expansion, partnerships and new initiatives
• Managing cross-functional projects from idea to execution
• Essentially, whatever the business needs to move forward Who we're looking for: Someone with 1–3 years of experience, robust business instincts, exceptional execution skills and a genuine entrepreneurial mindset. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, take complete ownership and be able to operate independently.
