Experience:
4–7 Years ⏳ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Sheopal’s is looking for a performance-driven PPC Team Manager who can lead our paid advertising operations, drive profitable growth and scale campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. ? What We're Looking For: -Proven experience in Healthcare, Ayurveda, Wellness, Beauty & Personal Care brands. -Hands-on experience managing Class 3 Cosmetic Product advertising while ensuring compliance with Meta and Google Ads policies. -Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping & YouTube). -Excellent knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, Google Merchant Center and conversion tracking. -Understanding of Shopify-based D2C funnels, COD, RTO, Delivered CPA and overall campaign profitability. -Strong command of UTM tracking, attribution and performance reporting.



Practical experience using AI tools for ad copies, creative strategies, campaign optimization and reporting. ?

Key Responsibilities
-Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google. -Drive profitable ROAS and maintain target CPA while scaling advertising budgets. -Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retargeting and conversion optimization. -Monitor campaign performance and ensure accurate tracking and attribution. -Lead, mentor and guide the existing PPC team. -Prepare daily and weekly performance reports covering Ad Spend, CPA, ROAS and Revenue. -Identify growth opportunities and continuously improve campaign performance. ?
