We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our team in Andheri (East). This role involves significant engagement across various practice areas, including Audit, Taxation, and Advisory, providing hands-on exposure and direct client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
include conducting and managing Statutory and Internal Audits, preparing audit reports and documentation, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. You will handle Income Tax matters, including return filing and assessments, manage GST compliance and filings, and assist in tax planning and advisory assignments. Additionally, you will support international tax and transfer pricing documentation, handle company law compliance, and participate in financial due diligence assignments.
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong foundation in Audit & Accounting, Income Tax, and GST, along with a basic understanding of Company Law. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and client-handling abilities, are essential for success in this role.
