About the Role
We are looking for an InDesign Paginator with 1–2 years of experience in digital publishing. The candidate must have a strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, attention to detail, and positive communication skills.

Job Description
• Perform pagination and typesetting of books, journals, and other publications using Adobe InDesign.
• Create and format page layouts according to client specifications and stylesheets.
• Work with paragraph and character styles, parent pages, tables, images, and typography.
• Incorporate editorial corrections and maintain consistent formatting throughout each publication.
• Check page layouts, text flow, alignment, page numbering, and image placement.
• Prepare final files and PDFs according to publishing requirements.
• Coordinate with editors, quality reviewers,



and project teams to meet deadlines. Qualifications
• 1–2 years of pagination or typesetting experience in the digital publishing industry.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign is mandatory.
• Good understanding of typography, layout principles, and publishing workflows.
• Ability to interpret stylesheets and implement corrections accurately.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.
