• Experience Level: Mid to Senior (5+ to 9+ years of relevant Mendix experience) Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mendix Developer to join our team on a 6 to 12-month remote contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying scalable low-code enterprise applications using Mendix Studio Pro. You will collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and backend engineers to translate complex business requirements into high-performing digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Application Development: Build end-to-end, enterprise-grade applications leveraging the Mendix platform (Studio / Studio Pro).
• Architecture & Data Modeling: Design robust Domain Models, Entity-Relationship diagrams, Microflows, Nanoflows, and application logic.
• System Integration: Develop and consume RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and OData integrations to connect Mendix applications with third-party software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, SQL Databases).
• UI/UX Enhancement: Customize web and mobile interfaces using Atlas UI, HTML5, CSS3/Sass, and custom JavaScript widgets where native functionality needs extension.
• Performance & Governance: Ensure optimal application performance, code quality, security standards, and smooth deployment across environments (Mendix Cloud, AWS, or Private Cloud).
• Agile Delivery: Participate actively in daily Scrum standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming,



and code reviews in an Agile setting. Technical & Functional Requirements Must-Have

Qualifications:

Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience exclusively delivering Mendix-based solutions (5+ years of total software engineering experience preferred).
• Core Mendix

Skills:
Expertise in Domain Models, Microflows, Nanoflows, User Roles/Security, XPath queries, and Mendix Application Lifecycle.
• Integration

Skills:
Hands-on experience integrating external services via REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML parsing.
• Front-End Familiarity: Good knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, and Atlas UI framework customization.
• Database & SQL: Solid understanding of relational database structures (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle).
• Methodology: Strong exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery processes. Preferred / Bonus

Qualifications:
• Certification: Mendix Rapid, Intermediate, or Advanced Developer Certification (strongly preferred).
• Enterprise ERP

Experience:
Experience integrating Mendix with enterprise systems like SAP (e.g., SAP BTP, OData services).
• Custom Modules: Experience building custom Java actions or custom Pluggable Widgets (React.js). Soft Skills & Remote Work Expectations
• Communication: Clear oral and written English communication skills for collaborating with distributed cross-functional teams.
• Self-Motivated: Proven ability to manage deliverables independently and deliver code on target in a fully remote setup.
