Experience:
• Advanced COBOL programming, code review and optimization.
• Banking domain knowledge: deposits, lending, payments and customer accounts.
• Batch and online processing.
• COBOL file handling.
• PL/SQL, cursor handling and performance tuning.
• Technical leadership, estimation, design and delivery governance.
• COBOL database access and error handling.
• Demonstrated experience in advanced COBOL development and technical leadership within banking applications.
• Support project financial tracking and governance, where applicable.
