requirements:
1) 6–7 years of overall professional experience Robust hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry Strong proficiency in Workshop application development 2) Proven experience building and delivering enterprise applications / user-facing solutions 3) Ability to translate high-level requirements into scalable technical designs Strong understanding of data models, application workflows, APIs/integrations, and access controls 4) Experience debugging and troubleshooting across data and application layers Ability to propose and compare different solution/design options, including trade-offs 5)



Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive work to completion Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders 6) Experience working in agile or iterative product-development environments 7) Attention to maintainability, performance, usability, and solution scalability Comfortable documenting key design decisions and development standards Nice to have: 1) experience with Foundry Ontology, Actions, Functions, Pipeline Builder/Code Repositories, application deployment, testing, and 2) DevOps practices within the Foundry ecosystem. 3) Deep business-domain knowledge is not essential; the priority is strong Palantir technical capability, application-development experience, and the ability to take ownership and shape the solution. 4) Exp in translating high-level requirements into technical designs 5) Exp in building data models, application workflows, APIs/integrations, and access controls
