Team members contribute to end-to-end product development, from concept to finished knitwear, in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Role Description The Knitwear Designer will work full time on-site at our Ludhiana location, collaborating with design, merchandising, and production teams to create seasonal knitwear collections. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching trends, developing concepts, preparing mood boards, and translating ideas into detailed sketches and technical specifications. The designer will select appropriate yarns and knitting techniques, oversee sample development, and participate in fittings to refine garment construction and fit. The role requires close coordination with factory and sourcing teams to ensure designs are feasible for production, aligned with cost and quality targets, and delivered on schedule.



The designer will also support continuous improvement of the design process and contribute creative input to brand development and product innovation. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong creative concept development skills, including Mood Boards and Trend Research.
• Candidates should possess solid design execution abilities, including Sketching and translating ideas into technical design details.
• Candidates should possess practical product development skills, including Knitting knowledge and Fitting experience.
• Foundation in textile and garment construction, especially knitwear, with understanding of yarns, gauges, and knitting machinery.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar) and familiarity with technical packs and measurement charts.
• Solid attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple styles and seasons simultaneously.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams across design, production, and merchandising.
• Relevant education in Fashion Design, Knitwear Design, Textiles, or a related field; prior experience in knitwear or apparel design is preferred.
