Skills:
Minimum 1+ years of AR Physician Calling experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Strong understanding of insurance claims, denials, appeals, and reimbursement processes. Knowledge about Medicare Medicaid & CMS-1500 form Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage high call volumes in a voice process. Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office. Solid analytical skills. Comfortable working rotational shifts.
