Team members collaborate with clients across industries to build adaptive, data-driven learning ecosystems that continuously improve learner outcomes. Role Description As a Senior AI/ML Engineer at Maple Learning Solutions, you will design, build, and optimize machine learning models that power personalized digital learning experiences. You will work closely with product, learning design, and data teams to translate training needs into scalable AI solutions, including pattern recognition systems, recommendation engines, and LLaMA-based applications. Daily responsibilities include developing and testing algorithms, training and fine-tuning neural networks, conducting statistical analysis, and deploying models to production environments. You will also review code, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions for AI/ML platforms. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for partial work from home.



Qualifications
• Solid foundation in Computer Science, with solid understanding of Algorithms and data structures.
• Demonstrated expertise in Pattern Recognition and applied Statistics for real-world data problems.
• Hands-on experience designing, training, and deploying Neural Networks and other machine learning models.
• Proficiency in AI/ML programming tools and languages (e.g., Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, SQL) and modern MLOps practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience working with large language models (e.g., LLaMA or similar) and integrating them into production systems.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and mentor less experienced engineers.
• Experience in edtech, learning technologies, or data-driven L&D; solutions is a plus.
