If you can target the right audience, generate quality leads, and make every advertising rupee count, we want you on our team ? What You’ll Be Doing:
* Plan, execute, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
* Generate high-quality leads through strategic audience targeting.
* Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
* Experiment with ad creatives, copy, and A/B testing.
* Manage retargeting campaigns and track campaign performance.
* Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion. ? What We’re Looking For:
* 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
* Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.




* Proven ability to generate quality leads, not just fill up spreadsheets
* Knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
* Familiarity with Canva, Google Analytics, and performance reporting.
* A creative mindset with strong analytical skills. ? Work
