Role Description The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for owning and driving end-to-end hiring for multiple business functions. This role includes managing full-life cycle recruiting, from intake meetings and sourcing to screening, interviewing coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. The specialist partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements,



and deliver high-quality talent pipelines aligned with business goals Qualifications
• Strong full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across multiple functions and levels.
• Experience in hiring for Product based small startups for Tech & NonTech roles.
• Previously worked on a fast paced startup environment.
• Proven expertise in hiring and interviewing, with the ability to conduct structured, competency-based assessments and provide transparent, objective feedback.
• Experience in employer branding, with skills in promoting the organization’s value proposition and enhancing candidate experience across channels.
• Knowledge of modern recruiting AI tools and platforms, including ATS systems, professional networks, and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
• Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; prior experience in tech or product-based organizations is an advantage.
