About the Role
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled AI Artist who can transform creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards into high-quality visual content using advanced AI tools. The candidate will be responsible for creating photorealistic images, cinematic environments, characters, visual elements, AI-generated videos, and advertising content while maintaining visual consistency, continuity, and artistic quality. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, lighting, camera angles, textures, and cinematic aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities
1. AI Image Generation
• Generate high-quality photorealistic and cinematic images using AI tools.
• Create detailed environments, locations, backgrounds, characters, and visual assets.
• Develop consistent characters, props, and environments across multiple scenes.
• Maintain continuity in geography, lighting, textures, scale, and composition.
• Generate images based on scripts, references, and storyboards. 2. AI Video Generation
• Convert AI-generated images into cinematic video sequences.
• Create image-to-video and text-to-video content.
• Generate natural movements, camera motions, environmental effects, and transitions.
• Maintain first-frame-to-last-frame continuity.
• Create cinematic shots for advertisements, films, reels, and branded content. 3. Prompt Engineering
• Write detailed and structured prompts for image and video generation.
• Understand how to control camera movements, lighting, depth, textures, and object positioning.




• Use reference images effectively to achieve consistent outputs.
• Refine prompts through multiple iterations to achieve production-ready results. 4. Creative & Visual Development
• Understand scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs.
• Develop visual concepts and cinematic environments.
• Work closely with directors, editors, designers, and the production team.
• Ensure that generated visuals match the creative direction and storytelling requirements. 5. AI Tools & Technologies Hands-on experience with some of the following tools is preferred:
• Midjourney
• OpenAI Image Generation
• Google Veo
• Kling AI
• Runway
• Seedance
• Higgsfield
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe After Effects
• ComfyUI / Stable Diffusion 6. Post-Production & Quality Control
• Perform basic image corrections, compositing, and visual enhancement.
• Ensure realistic textures, natural lighting, and professional output quality.
• Identify and correct AI-generated visual errors and inconsistencies.
• Organize generated assets and maintain proper project files. Required Skills
• Strong creative visualization and imagination.
• Understanding of cinematography, composition, lighting, and camera language.
• Good knowledge of visual storytelling.
• Strong prompt-writing and prompt-refinement skills.
• Understanding of image-to-video and text-to-video workflows.




• Ability to maintain character, location, and object consistency.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow creative references.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in AI filmmaking, advertising, VFX, motion graphics, or digital content production.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects.
• Understanding of cinematic colour grading and visual effects.
• A portfolio demonstrating AI-generated images and videos. Qualification: Degree or diploma in Animation, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Film Making, Graphic Design, or equivalent practical experience. Strong portfolio and practical skills are more important than formal qualifications. Performance ExpectationsThe candidate will be evaluated on:
