Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing and Business Development Intern role based in Ahmedabad. The intern will support market research initiatives by gathering and analyzing data on MSMEs, industry trends, and customer segments to inform marketing and growth strategies. Daily responsibilities include assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, preparing presentations and outreach materials, and contributing to social media and digital communication efforts. The intern will engage with potential and existing clients, support sales and business development activities,



and help maintain strong customer relationships through timely communication and responsive service. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting insights from client interactions, and providing administrative support for events, workshops, and incubation programs. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with MSME founders, partners, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze data, identify opportunities, and support campaign planning.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to assist in lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups supporting business growth.
• Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or task management tools) and an ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Candidates should have strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; prior internship experience in marketing or business development is an advantage.
• Candidates should show interest in MSME development, entrepreneurship, and research-led business growth frameworks.
