• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in MEP execution.
• Must have experience in the residential high-rise projects

Key Responsibilities
• Review and study all MEP drawings, specifications, and related documents before execution.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure MEP activities are completed as per project timelines.
• Ensure contractors execute work in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project guidelines.




• Inspect MEP installation quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct and witness required inspections, testing, and commissioning to verify the quality and integrity of completed work.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, MIS reports, and project updates.
• Monitor contractor compliance with site safety protocols and contractual safety requirements.
• Follow and implement all MAIA Construction SOPs, quality standards, and site processes.
• Coordinate effectively with external consultants, vendors, and contractors to resolve technical and execution-related issues.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and site updates with internal stakeholders, including Site Engineers, Project Teams, and Management.
• Support timely closure of snag items and project handover activities. Key Competencies
