We're hiring: Business Development Manager (On Ground), Turag.ai Locations: Pan India. One BDM per region, across every state.

Salary:
INR 25,000 to 35,000 per month fixed, plus monthly incentives and performance bonuses for hitting targets. Turag.ai is the AI used car marketplace built by Blessing Softtech. Banks, NBFCs, dealers and individuals list cars on it. AI pricing tells sellers the best price for the model and car, buyers search in plain words, and AI inspection checks the car at human standard. The role You own a region. You go dealership to dealership, onboard dealers onto Turag.ai, and build the Turag brand across your area. Every month has a target. You hit it. What you will own
• Onboarding used car dealerships in your region, from first visit to first live listing
• Monthly targets on dealer accounts created, active listings and the other metrics we track together
• Turag's brand presence in your area: dealer meets, auto markets, car hubs, local events
• A live map of every dealership in your region and where each one stands
• Dealer feedback back to our product team, every week
• A daily report of visits, accounts created and pipeline What we look for
• Field sales or business development experience with numbers you can state:



targets given, targets achieved
• Fluent in the local language of your region, plus Hindi or English
• Leadership: you run a territory without anyone watching
• Confident, positive, persistent. A "no" from a dealer is the start of the conversation
• Ready to be on the ground every working day Solid plus
• Experience in the used car industry: dealerships, certified pre-owned, auto finance, repossession, used car platforms
• An existing network of dealers in your region
