Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly driven and technically proficient Project Manager to lead complex client implementations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives across the Lyric HCM platform. This role is accountable for successfully delivering multiple concurrent projects across diverse domains including HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent Management, Benefits, Integrations, and Platform Services.The Project Manager serves as the central point of coordination between clients, domain consultants, product teams, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client business outcomes.Beyond traditional project management, this role requires strong technical acumen, implementation governance expertise, stakeholder management, risk management, change control ownership, and the ability to lead critical client situations with confidence and credibility.Position Description:Project Leader will be responsible for handling and managing the people and the workflow for the ADP client and align the resources for the respective projects. He/She would be more of Servant Leader to help and support the team of Associate BA, BA, and Consultants. Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership & DeliveryLead end-to-end implementation, optimization, migration, and enhancement projects across multiple Lyric HCM domains.Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining delivery quality, timeline adherence, and client satisfaction.Develop and govern project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and delivery commitments.Ensure alignment between client expectations, contractual commitments, and delivery outcomes.Change Governance & Release ManagementOwn project-level change management processes, including scope assessment, impact analysis, approvals, and governance.Review, coordinate, and approve configuration changes across functional and technical workstreams.Partner with Product, Engineering, and Domain Services teams to manage deployment readiness,



testing activities, release planning, and production validation.Ensure all changes are implemented in accordance with quality, compliance, security, and operational standards.Technical Program CoordinationDevelop a strong understanding of Lyric architecture, integrations, workflows, and implementation dependencies across domains.Participate in technical triage discussions involving integrations, APIs, data migration, configuration, and platform-related challenges.Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to identify solution options and drive resolution of complex client issues.Translate technical constraints and requirements into actionable project plans and client-facing communications.Facilitate decision-making when multiple solution paths exist, balancing client needs, technical feasibility, risk, and delivery timelines.Stakeholder & Client ManagementAct as the primary governance and communication lead throughout the project lifecycle.Build trusted relationships with client sponsors, project teams, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.Lead steering committee meetings, project reviews, status governance, and executive communications.Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and navigate competing priorities.Influence decision-making across business and technical teams to achieve successful project outcomes.Shift:Service( 05:30 PM - 02:30 AM)Skill:BUSINESS ANALYSTJobCode:Technology ConsultantGrade/Level:G3L1 ##LI-DNIProject & Program ManagementProven experience managing medium to large-scale enterprise HCM implementation projects.Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall,



and Hybrid delivery methodologies.Ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and geographically distributed teams.Experience managing scope, budgets, timelines, resource plans, and project governance.Technical AcumenStrong understanding of SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, and data flows.Ability to participate in technical discussions with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams.Experience supporting or delivering projects involving HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, HR Technology, ERP, or adjacent platforms.Ability to understand configuration impacts, release dependencies, testing requirements, and deployment risks.Stakeholder Management & CommunicationExceptional executive communication and presentation skills.Proven ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.Solid negotiation, facilitation, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.Leadership CompetenciesStrong ownership mindset with a bias for action.Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and complex business situations.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to make sound decisions under pressure while maintaining client confidence.Preferred QualificationsPMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.Experience with HCM platforms, Payroll systems, Workforce Management solutions, or enterprise SaaS implementations.Experience using project and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow.Knowledge of release management, change management, testing governance, and implementation lifecycles.Eligibility Criteria:Education: Bachelors degree in engineering/technology, MCA, M.Sc. Computer Science or equivalentExperience: Minimum 7 years of experience.Knowledge on HCM product (HR, Payroll) will be a plusPMP or equivalent professional project management certification will be a plus
