Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimation Trainer (Telugu). The trainer will deliver online sessions in Telugu on quantity surveying, cost estimation, and related cost management concepts to engineering learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, creating examples and case studies, conducting live or recorded classes, and assessing learner progress through assignments and evaluations. The role also involves clarifying doubts, providing feedback, and updating content to reflect current industry practices and standards. Collaboration with the SkillDzire team to improve course quality and learner outcomes is expected. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess skills in Cost Accounting and Finance to explain cost structures, budgeting, and financial implications of projects.
• Candidates should possess skills in Cost Control and Cost Management to guide learners on optimizing project costs and maintaining profitability.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret project data, perform estimations, and teach systematic problem-solving techniques.
• Hands-on experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or construction/project management is highly beneficial.
• Ability to teach fluently in Telugu, with clear communication and structured presentation of technical concepts.
• Prior training, teaching, or mentoring experience, especially in engineering or construction domains, is an advantage.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools (e.g., MS Excel, estimation or QS software) and industry standards is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation.
