Role Overview We are looking for a professional to manage the onboarding of doctors, therapists, and healthcare providers for the US market. The role involves coordinating with healthcare professionals, guiding them through registration and verification, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end onboarding of doctors, therapists, and wellness providers.
• Guide US-based providers through registration, documentation, and verification.
• Conduct onboarding calls and platform training sessions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for profile approval and activation.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and databases.




• Address provider queries and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Ensure a smooth and positive provider onboarding experience. Requirements
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Industrial/Organisational Psychology/MBA (mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, provider onboarding, or related roles.
• Exposure to psychology, counselling, or mental health services is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and digital platforms.
• Willingness to work from office during the US shift (6:00 PM–3:00 AM IST). Key Performance Indicators
