Role Description The Civil Piling Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day piling activities at an on-site project location in Mumbai in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include supervising piling operations, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. The role involves monitoring equipment and materials, maintaining site records and reports, and verifying that piling work meets project timelines and technical standards.



The supervisor will liaise with project engineers, clients, and vendors, support inspection and testing processes, and promptly address site issues to minimize operational delays. This position requires consistent on-site presence, proactive problem-solving, and adherence to company procedures and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications
• Demonstrated supervisory skills and experience leading on-site teams in civil or piling projects.
• Strong site supervision capabilities with hands-on exposure to piling, foundation works, and construction site operations.
• Proficiency in quality control practices, including inspection of piling works, compliance with technical drawings, and adherence to safety standards.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with engineers, clients, subcontractors, and site workforce.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with prior experience in piling or foundation works preferred.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations, method statements, and work permits relevant to piling operations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills, including daily progress documentation and basic use of site management software or tools.
