Role Description The Web Content Manager intern will support the planning, creation, publishing, and maintenance of content across HK Technical’s websites and web applications. This remote internship role involves organizing and updating educational, technical, and creative content, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with the platform’s brand and audience needs. The intern will collaborate with subject matter experts and the technical team to manage content workflows, optimize pages for usability and search visibility, and monitor performance using basic analytics tools.



Daily tasks may include drafting and editing web copy, structuring pages, tagging and categorizing resources, and assisting with small content-related projects to enhance the overall user experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Content Management and Project Management for organizing workflows, coordinating updates, and maintaining structured content repositories.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Content Writing and Content Strategy to create clear, user-focused copy and plan content that supports educational and engagement goals.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track page performance, interpret basic user behavior data, and propose data-informed improvements.
• Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with content management systems (CMS), basic SEO practices, and an interest in Ed-Tech, healthcare, or technical education.
• Candidates should possess ongoing or completed studies in fields such as Communications, Digital Media, Information Technology, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related disciplines; prior experience with web content or student projects is an advantage.
