Job Overview We are looking for an Excel & Automation Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in advanced Excel, VBA, macros and process automation. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in automating repetitive business processes, developing reporting solutions and improving operational efficiency using Microsoft tools and automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based solutions, dashboards and MIS reports.
• Automate repetitive tasks and business processes using Excel VBA, Macros and Power Query.
• Create automated reports, templates and data analysis tools to improve productivity.
• Work with large datasets, perform data cleaning, validation and reconciliation.
• Develop Excel-based models, trackers and reporting frameworks.
• Identify manual processes and recommend suitable automation solutions.
• Build workflow automations using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Integrate Excel with other Microsoft applications such as Outlook, SharePoint and Teams.




• Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy, efficiency and reliability of automated processes. Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Advanced Excel and business process automation.
• Strong knowledge of Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH and advanced functions.
• Hands-on experience with VBA and Excel Macros.
• Experience with Power Query and data transformation.
• Strong understanding of MIS reporting, data analysis and dashboard creation.
• Experience in Microsoft Power Automate and workflow automation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams.
• Ability to analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Robust problem-solving and analytical skills. Good to Have
• Knowledge of Power BI and DAX.
• Experience with Power Apps.
• Familiarity with Python for data processing and automation.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot and AI-based productivity tools.
• Experience in API integration and connecting different business applications.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management. Preferred Candidate
