Through the RoadAssist mobile app, registered and verified mechanic partners can go online, receive relevant nearby service requests, and provide assistance directly at the customer's location. Our mission is to build a reliable network of skilled roadside service professionals while making emergency vehicle assistance faster, safer, and more accessible. Role DescriptionWe are looking for experienced and skilled Mechanic Partners across Hyderabad to join the RoadAssist24x7 platform. This is a flexible, app-based prospect, not a traditional fixed-salary or office-based mechanic position. Registered mechanic partners can use the RoadAssist app to indicate their availability and receive nearby roadside assistance requests based on their service skills, location, and availability.

Key Responsibilities
• Register on the RoadAssist app and complete mechanic profile verification.
• Select your areas of expertise, such as bike repair, car repair, puncture repair, towing, battery assistance, or emergency fuel delivery.
• Go online in the app whenever you are available to accept service requests.




• Receive notifications for relevant roadside assistance jobs near your location.
• Respond promptly to accepted customer requests.
• Visit customer locations and provide appropriate roadside assistance.
• Diagnose vehicle problems and perform minor repairs where feasible.
• Support puncture repairs, battery jump-starts, fuel delivery, towing, or other services according to your skills and equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Update job status and completion details through the RoadAssist app.
• Follow appropriate safety and service quality standards. Qualifications
• Practical experience in two-wheeler or four-wheeler mechanical repair.
• Experience in one or more roadside assistance services, including puncture repair, towing, battery support, fuel delivery, or vehicle breakdown assistance.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use an Android smartphone and operate the RoadAssist mechanic app.
• Basic understanding of GPS navigation and location-based assignments.
• Access to the tools and equipment required for your selected services.
• Reliable transportation to reach customer locations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driving licence appropriate to the vehicle operated.




• Previous experience in roadside assistance is an advantage.
