Role Description The Influencer Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with influencers and content creators across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with SWATI Cosmetics’ brand values and campaigns. The specialist will plan and execute influencer marketing strategies, coordinate campaign deliverables, track performance metrics, and optimize activities based on data and feedback. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating collaborations, managing content timelines, monitoring influencer content for brand and legal compliance, and working closely with marketing, social media, and creative teams. The role also involves researching industry trends, competitor activities,



and emerging influencers to continuously enhance SWATI’s presence and engagement in the beauty and cosmetics space. Qualifications
• Experience in influencer marketing, including identifying, vetting, and managing influencers and content creators in make-up, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
• Solid skills in social media marketing and campaign management, with hands-on experience across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and other emerging channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for collaborating with influencers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of beauty trends, consumer behavior, and brand storytelling, preferably within cosmetics or related industries.
• Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in cosmetics, beauty, or fashion brands is a plus, along with familiarity with influencer marketing tools and CRM platforms.
