Company Description: SMTConfleet Pvt Ltd is into SMART container leasing and a SaaS based entity. This is a start up operating from Mumbai and operational in about 2 months time. We operate in international environment and lease to exporters, freight forwarders, MSMEs, shipping lines, NVOCC etc. We are looking for a suitable commercial person to handle day to day operation and enquiries. Responsibilities:
As Commercial Assistant, responsibilities will be to generate leads and convert into lease contracts. Liase with customers and be upto-date on different marine sectors lease rates. Negotiate and fix lease rates as per contract-type and keep records of all commercial data and activities. Follow-up with customers and maintain positive relationships. Dealing with container yards and negotiating storage contracts with them. Skills Required:



Knowledge of BIMCO lease contracts and good communication skills. Conversant with marine container leasing and shipping business. Computer knowledge for record keeping and updating. Team player to work with other departments for a smooth operation. Previous experience in similar logistics desirable.

Experience:
- 2 years in commercial dealing in logistics, Container logistics desirable.

Qualifications:
Graduate

Location:
within 10 km of Sakinaka, Andheri east This is office based 0930
- 1830 job but will require visiting clients and customers for business promotion. Driving license desirable.
