Job Title: AR Caller – Physician Billing Company: RevCycle Axis Healthcare Department: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

1–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AR Caller specializing in Physician Billing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US healthcare revenue cycle management, insurance follow-ups, denial management, and accounts receivable resolution. The candidate should possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage outstanding accounts and meet assigned productivity and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status inquiries and payment follow-ups.
- Investigate and resolve unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims.
- Analyze EOBs, ERAs, CARC and RARC codes to identify denial reasons.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable (AR) within timely filing limits.
- Identify claim processing issues and coordinate necessary corrections or resubmissions.
- Handle appeals and reconsiderations for denied claims.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all follow-up activities in the Practice Management System (PMS).
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.
- Build effective communication with insurance representatives to ensure timely claim resolution.



Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, preferably Physician Billing.
- Solid knowledge of US insurance payers and claim life cycles.
- Understanding of CPT, ICD-10, modifiers, and Place of Service (POS) codes.
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze financial and claim-related information.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications. Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with AR follow-up and denial management.
- Knowledge of EOB/ERA analysis and insurance portals.
- Understanding of claim submission, adjudication, and reimbursement processes.
- Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
