Role Description The Finance Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role leads a finance team responsible for managing financial reporting cycles, reviewing financial statements, and ensuring accurate accounting records. The Finance Team Leader will oversee cash flow monitoring, budgeting, and variance analysis to support decision-making and funding operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal stakeholders on funding proposals, analyzing client financials for credit assessments,



and ensuring compliance with internal controls and relevant financial standards. The role also involves mentoring team members, improving financial processes, and supporting management with timely reports and insights for strategic planning. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Finance and Analytical Skills to evaluate business performance, funding requirements, and risk.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to prepare, review, and interpret company and client financials.
• Candidates should possess solid Accounting knowledge to ensure accurate ledgers, reconciliations, and adherence to applicable accounting standards.
• Candidates should possess leadership and team management abilities to guide the finance team, delegate tasks, and drive performance.
• Candidates should possess advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools, along with familiarity with finance or accounting software.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; qualified certifications (CA, CMA, MBA-Finance) are an advantage.
• Experience in corporate finance, lending, or credit analysis, preferably within NBFCs, banks, or structured finance organizations, is highly beneficial.
