Key responsibilities
A) Clinical

Responsibilities:
1. IPD Rounds: Conduct regular inpatient rounds with the clinical psychologist and case manager to monitor patient progress and update electronic medical records. Additionally, participate in weekly rounds with senior staff for comprehensive patient evaluation and management. 2. Patient Transfer: Oversee patient transfers within the facility and coordinate movements outside the facility, ensuring smooth transitions and appropriate staffing arrangements. Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding hospital transfers. 3. New Admissions: Manage the admission process, including updating referring doctors and assigning rooms. Provide necessary instructions to attendants and nursing staff based on individual patient needs. 4. Discharge Planning: Collaborate with the center's leadership team to plan and execute discharge procedures,



ensuring continuity of care and proper documentation. Share discharge summaries with referring doctors for follow-up care. B) Administrative

Responsibilities:
1. Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including capacity assessments, case presentations, insurance documents, and discharge summaries. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal protocols. 2. Sentinel Event Reporting: Promptly report and document any adverse events or incidents, and share reports with management for analysis and improvement initiatives. 3. Pharmacy Inventory Management: Monitor and manage medication supplies to ensure availability and proper utilization, contributing to productive patient care and cost-effectiveness. C) Leadership Role: 1. Acting as Proxy to Center Head: Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Center Head, providing guidance and support to the clinical team and overseeing daily operations.
