We're Hiring: Associate DevOps Engineer – Salesforce & AWS ?

Location:
Hyderabad, Hybrid (3 Days WFO) ? Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ⏳ Project Duration: 12 Months We are looking for an experienced Associate DevOps Engineer with a strong combination of Salesforce and DevOps expertise to join our Capital Markets technology team.

Key Responsibilities
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Manage Salesforce and AWS-based application deployments.
• Establish DevOps best practices, release management, and branching strategies.
• Implement security, monitoring, and operational automation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L1–L3 support.
• Work closely with development teams to improve deployment quality and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers. Mandatory

Skills:
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce and DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.




• Proficiency in Python and/or Bash scripting.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Positive understanding of Git, branching strategies, and release management.
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments. Good to Have:
• Salesforce DevOps and Release Management experience.
• Exposure to Copado, Terraform, Ansible, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
• AWS certifications and experience with cloud security practices.
• Experience mentoring junior team members. Interview Process:
