Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a 5G Optical Fiber Trainer based in Noida. The trainer will design and deliver structured training sessions on 5G networks, optical fiber fundamentals, installation, testing, and maintenance, using both theoretical lectures and hands-on lab exercises. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, demonstrating tools and equipment, supervising practice sessions, and assessing learner performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations. The role also involves updating training content to match emerging technologies and standards, mentoring learners on career pathways,



and collaborating with internal teams to enhance course quality and learning outcomes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Information Technology skills, particularly in networking, telecommunications, and 5G/optical fiber technologies.
• Candidates should possess Teaching, Training, and Lecturing skills to effectively deliver technical concepts and manage classroom and lab sessions.
• Candidates should possess Software Development or scripting skills useful for demonstrating network simulations, automation tools, or related training content.
• Relevant technical certification in networking, fiber optics, or telecom (e.g., fiber technician certifications, vendor-specific networking credentials) is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in industry-based training, corporate learning, or academic instruction in telecom or networking is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support diverse learners and encourage inclusive participation.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage training schedules, and maintain safety and quality standards in labs and practical sessions.
