Role Description The Supply Chain Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations to support acoustical engineering projects and product delivery. This role includes managing demand forecasts, planning material requirements, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services. The Supply Chain Manager will monitor inventory levels, optimize stock replenishment, and coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveries. Daily activities include analyzing supply chain data, identifying process improvements, mitigating risks, and maintaining compliance with company standards and relevant regulations.



The role also involves collaborating closely with project, finance, and operations teams to align supply chain performance with organizational goals. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust demand planning and analytical skills to accurately forecast needs and interpret supply chain data.
• Candidates should possess supply management and procurement skills to source materials, negotiate with suppliers, and manage contracts effectively.
• Candidates should possess inventory management skills to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize shortages, and reduce excess inventory.
• Candidates should possess skills in cross-functional collaboration, vendor relationship management, and basic logistics coordination.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, business, or a related field are preferred.
