Responsibilities:
• Issue materials to production departments as per approved requisitions and production schedules.
• Ensure raw materials, components, and consumables are available as per the production plan.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/MRP systems and physical stock registers.
• Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry First Out) practices where applicable.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and material movement reports.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and inspection requirements.
• Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, components, consumables, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning,



Quality, and Purchasing departments to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and stock variances. Essential Competencies:

Requirements:
Academic/Professional

Education:
Bachelor's Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or related discipline. Relevant

Experience:
3+ years in Stores management, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, or a related field. Technical Skills/Knowledge
• Material receipt, GRN, Material issuing, Production Planning and Scheduling
• Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
