Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Gwalior Area. This role is responsible for generating and managing leads, promoting property listings, and supporting investors and buyers through the sales process. The specialist will conduct market research, develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Daily activities include meeting prospective clients, presenting property offerings, coordinating with the property management team,



and tracking performance metrics to improve outreach and conversion. The role also involves contributing to training initiatives, participating in local events and promotions, and ensuring consistent, professional communication across all channels. Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and partners.
