The Travel Agent will manage day-to-day travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, tour packages, and car rentals for individual and group clients. Responsibilities include handling reservations, responding to inquiries, providing customer service before, during, and after trips, and recommending suitable travel options based on client preferences and budgets. The role also involves coordinating with suppliers, ensuring accurate documentation, and promoting relevant packages to support sales and repeat business.



The Travel Agent will work independently while collaborating virtually with the broader team to deliver seamless travel experiences. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Reservations and Travel Arrangements to efficiently book and manage client itineraries.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support travelers throughout their journeys.
• Candidates should possess Car Rental coordination skills to arrange and modify vehicle bookings as part of comprehensive travel plans.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to promote travel packages, convert inquiries into bookings, and support revenue growth.
• Relevant experience in the travel or tourism industry, including familiarity with booking platforms and GDS systems, is beneficial.
• Solid communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision are required.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client requests and deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of international destinations, visa requirements, and travel regulations is an advantage.
