About RightAgent RightAgent is where AI agents get judged by the people who run them. Builders list and launch their agents, and businesses and users find the right one through honest reviews, real stats and a community that helps both sides improve. Product Hunt gives you a launch day. We’re building a place. The role You’ll be our first community hire, so you’ll own the whole thing from day one. You’ll welcome every new member, bring in agent builders, get honest reviews flowing, run events, and carry what the community says straight to our product team. You’ll do social, SEO and events, but the real job is making RightAgent the place where people building and using AI agents want to spend time. What you’ll do
• Host the community: Welcome every new member personally, reply within 2

working hours
, keep conversations going every day, moderate fairly, and run a weekly ritual such as Launch Friday or Builder AMAs. Over time, build an ambassador group.
• Bring in builders: Find agent builders on GitHub, Hugging Face, X, Reddit and Indian AI communities, invite them to list, help them write strong listings, and run their launches.
• Build trust for users: Get verified reviews, publish “best agents for X” collections and comparisons, and help people answer “which agent should I use?”
• Content and social: Run RightAgent’s X, LinkedIn and Reddit, send a weekly newsletter, and turn community conversations into content.
• SEO and website: Plan and publish category and comparison pages, keep on-page SEO in positive shape, and keep docs and FAQs current.
• Events:

Two virtual events a month (AMAs, demo days, workshops) and meetups, starting in Bengaluru, with partners such as colleges, hackathons and AI communities.
• Voice of the community: Bring ranked feedback with evidence to product, run a beta group, and protect the platform from fake reviews and misleading listings.
• Measure: Weekly dashboard and report, a monthly review with the founders, and a living playbook. What we’re looking for
• You’ve built or grown a community, such as a college club, Discord, meetup, newsletter or open-source project, and you can show the numbers and what you changed.
• You write clear, warm and specific English, and you write it fast.
• You’ve used AI agents and LLM tools hands-on and can follow a builder talking about tools, MCP or RAG.
• You’re comfortable DMing strangers and following up without being reminded.
• You ship without waiting for a brief, and you finish what you start. Nice to have SEO basics (Search Console, on-page), Discord or Slack admin, Canva or Figma, short-video editing, Notion or HubSpot, experience organising a meetup or hackathon, a Product Hunt launch, Hindi and English. You’ll thrive here if you’re a host rather than a broadcaster: curious about what people build, warm with newcomers, steady with trolls, and someone who treats numbers as feedback. What success looks like
• 90 days: First Bengaluru meetup done, weekly active members growing, a community-driven product change shipped.
• 12 months: RightAgent is India’s go-to home for AI agent builders.
