Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns that promote Hiring Insider’s coaching and career services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, where the intern will assist in managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, and engaging with the online community to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, tracking key metrics, and using web analytics tools to report insights and suggest improvements.



The intern will collaborate closely with the marketing and leadership team to refine digital strategies, optimize content for different platforms, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all online touchpoints. This role offers hands-on exposure to digital marketing in a fast-growing, impact-driven organization. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including basic knowledge of campaign planning and optimization.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, with experience in content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement across major platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, with the ability to track, interpret, and present performance data using common analytics tools.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including explicit written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with SEO basics, content writing, and email marketing tools, along with a demonstrated interest in career development or HR domains.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, as well as the ability to work full time on-site in New Delhi.
