s: Full-time, Permanent Role in Brief We are looking for a sharp, early-career computer engineer to become the technology backbone of Aurus and Moi. You will start by building AI tools and automations across the business, and grow into owning all technology for the company. You will sit with each team, understand how the work is done, write down what needs to change, then decide the best way to deliver it: an existing tool, a no-code workflow, code you write yourself, or an outside vendor you manage. We value curiosity and speed of learning over years of experience. AI is changing how software gets built, and a fresh mind is often an advantage. You will work directly with the founders, with real ownership from day one. What you'll own
• Client conversations: WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email and website chat, with AI-assisted replies, routing to the right person and a single view of each client.
• Pre-sales journeys: enquiry capture, appointment and home-viewing booking, follow-ups and lead tracking.
• Post-order journeys: order confirmation, production timeline updates, pre-shipment instructions, delivery and after-care.
• Production and operations: tracking orders through design, production and dispatch so teams and clients always know status.




• Website and marketing: running and improving the website, and automating campaigns, content workflows and reporting.
• Design catalogue and content: organised, searchable product and design libraries, and AI tools that help the content team produce faster in each brand's visual language.
• All company technology: choosing and connecting tools, managing vendors and costs, keeping client data secure, and supporting the team with day-to-day tech needs. Who you are Must-haves

Tech in Computer Science, IT or a related field from a strong engineering college; freshers and up to 2 years of experience welcome.
• Can write working code (Python or JavaScript) and understands APIs, webhooks and databases.
• Already uses AI tools heavily (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or similar) and has built something with them, such as a project, chatbot, agent or automation.
• Strong common sense: looks for the simplest fix and knows when not to automate.
• Explicit communicator in English: can listen to non-technical colleagues, write down what they need, and explain trade-offs simply.
• Takes ownership and works independently; comfortable being the only tech person at first.
• Cares about quality: every client touchpoint must feel premium, not robotic. Good to have
• Projects, internships or hackathons involving LLMs, automation or e-commerce (please share GitHub or a portfolio).
• Exposure to no-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier), Shopify, WhatsApp Business API or a CRM.
• An eye for design and an interest in luxury, fashion or brands.
• Gujarati or Hindi, to work easily with production and client teams.
